This week four outstanding students graduated from Innovation and Leadership Residency, wrapping up another successful semester. A huge thank you to Sarah Wei for all of the hard work she put in as president all year, we will miss you as well as the rest of our seniors. This summer the team goes back to planning, putting together exciting events for the fall semester, so stay tuned!!

April 27th, 2016

Tonight's event featured students' final presentations to Endless Tone. The students were split into three groups focusing on: promotions, social media, and product creation. They all turned out spectacular presentations, so huge congratulations to them for the successful completion of the project!!

The ILR teams were working hard to help Yoyo develop strategies for the opening of her new bubble tea shop in South Bethlehem! Check out the pictures from our last meeting!

This winter we graduated most promising ILR students. This honor is reserved for those who stick around and give their whole effort to the group! We can't wait to see them back next semester!

We had a great meeting with JJ O'Brien who introduced us to his company GreekPillar. In the following weeks our team worked hard to help him devise a marketing strategy to take it to the next level.

Students enjoyed free coffee on the front lawn and learned about our upcoming live case competition!!!

ILR residents talked to two Lehigh students who are in the process of starting a company, Water Vibes. We looked over their business plan and helped them figure out possible next steps for them.

ILR held a networking event at the Gander room. This event allowed the residents to network with alumni and professors while learning valuab;e networking tips.

ILR's first event of the semester! This weeks event included an introduction to the program as well as hearing from a successful Lehigh Alumni!

Nov 2nd, 2016

We concluded this semester's live case competition of Cake This, a student run company, with presentations from our competitors. The final presentations were judged by representatives from our generous sponsors: Ocean Spray, BEHR paint, Simplex Industries, Bazzini and Wacker. After several fantastic presentations and weeks of hard work, we want to congratulate Diwakar Prasad on winning both the investor pitch, and logo design competitions! Thank you to all who were involved!

Residents went on a company tour of Ecotech Marine to hear from Tim Marks, an ILR alum and successful entrepreneur
