ILR is a self-funded student leadership club, offering any undergraduate Lehigh student the unique opportunity to be a true leader within the classroom, workplace, and within other organizations on campus. It is a club that not only provides this experience, but also, the alumni and outside support that is necessary to create the next generation of leadership training.

• Dinner choices for ILR's semester graduations and presentations

• Resources to develop true leaders through reading materials given to residents
