The Innovation and Leadership Residency program can be easily summed up in its three main initiatives: Professional Leadership Development, Entrepreneur Projects, and Networking. This program seeks to give its members experience working with real businesses and start-ups to solve actual problems they are facing today in addition to building their leadership skills and turning them into the business pioneers of tomorrow. These three values allow ILR to provide a unique experience that will assist its graduates in developing their careers, regardless of where they decide to go.
